Acts 4:32 church

"All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of their possessions was their own, but they shared everything they had" Acts 4:32

Since the women have had more of a steady income, Evelyn has had them start something that I think is beautiful. It is the Acts church. Each Sunday they get together for food, tea and Bible study. They also each donate 10,000 shillings (around $3) and put it all together. Then, they gift the whole amount to one of the women. They use that money for a need that is difficult to save for like something new for their household or savings for school fees.

Can you imagine a more beautiful or Biblical church? In America, we build bigger churches or start new programs. In Uganda, they are just having church. They see each others need and without regards to themselves they take care of each other. This sisterhood is amazing and I am truly humbled to be apart of it.

Please join us and allow us to invite more women into the ministry. More women need to be apart of this sisterhood. It is so healing for them. They become a new person. They become a sister in Christ. One by one, we will reach all the desperate women in this village and you do not want to miss out!
